My husband of 45 years and I raised our family while managing a successful construction company for 35 years. In March of 2013, I retired from Raytheon, after 22 years as an executive admininistrator for the VP and multiple managers, juggling meetings and travel schedules. After 3 years of retirement and encouragement from many people, I decided it was time to pursue my dream of a career in real estate.
I’ve been personally involved in real estate since I was 19, when we bought our first house and have been buying, selling and flipping ever since. Before Raytheon, I worked at a bank, closing real estate loans – I’m no stranger to contracts. Our personal construction business has given me real hands-on knowledge of what goes into a home and I have an eye for detail and design.
In 2005, we bought 3 acres in Mountain Lakes Ranch Estates in Bluff Dale, Texas. We have fallen in love with Granbury and the Bluff Dale area. Finally, after 13 years of preparing the land for building, we moved into our dream home we designed and built (literally). We moved here from Wylie, near Dallas, and it’s such a nice change from the hustle-and-bustle of a big city! I love helping people navigate the ins-and-outs of buying and selling real estate. I’ll never forget that my focus should always be on my client’s needs, not mine. Working in real estate in the Granbury area is a much slower pace than the DFW area, which allows me to focus on my clients. I prefer quality over quantity. Give me a call and just say “Help me Ronda!”
